Sara Leon & Associates, LLC is pleased to announce that Sheryl Moore has joined the firm as Executive Director for Economic Development Services. Sheryl’s mission is to strategically bring businesses and schools together for mutually beneficial outcomes. Sheryl joins the firm after 35 years of service as a Texas educator. Sheryl previously served as a public school administrator in the Spring Branch, Conroe, and Montgomery Independent School Districts. Most recently, Sheryl served as Superintendent of Schools of the Sealy Independent School District. Sheryl will be working with school districts that are impacted by the Texas Economic Development Act, Chapter 313 of the Texas Tax Code. Sheryl joins our team to assist our clients navigate the unique needs and opportunities presented by the Act.
