We are delighted to report that John Janssen’s case highlight on the Texas Supreme Court’s opinion in Nettles v. GTECH Corporation appears in the October 2020 issue of News for the Bar, a publication of the State Bar of Texas Litigation Section.
In Nettles v. GTECH, the Texas Supreme Court considered whether derivative sovereign immunity bars claims against a private contractor that had provided consulting services to the Texas Lottery Commission.
