Michael Roseberry is a trusted lawyer with more than a decade of experience working with disability and education issues. Michael advises governmental clients relating to disability compliance matters, including employment issues with specific emphasis on discrimination and reasonable accommodation concerns. School districts across the state rely on his advice related to special education matters.
Michael advises school and community college administrators on compliance with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. His counsel emphasizes finding creative methods to resolve disputes and avoid potential litigation.
Michael previously worked as Director of ADA Compliance for a flagship state university, where he developed an ability to understand compliance matters from the perspective of an administrator at a public institution. This perspective informs the advice he provides to governmental entities.
