We are pleased to announce Sarah A. Reynolds has joined the firm as a Senior Attorney.  Sarah represents public sector clients in the areas of public procurement law, transaction and contract law, education law, legislation drafting and monitoring, public transparency laws, and civil litigation.

Prior to joining Leon | Alcala, PLLC, Sarah served as the Associate General Counsel and General Counsel of ESC Region 8 and its national purchasing cooperative, The Interlocal Purchasing System (“TIPS”).
