Led by experienced attorneys, this training session will focus on the discipline of students with disabilities who are served in special education or have Section 504 accommodations, as well as Chapter 37 student discipline rules and federal law. Real-world scenarios will be utilized, and active audience participation is encouraged!

· When a disciplinary placement becomes a change in placement
· Manifestation determination reviews
· Procedural requirements that school districts must follow when assigning discipline to a disabled child
